It was my return stay in the hotel after a year. Both front office and food & beverage staff were friendly as usual and this time they were trained up with even more professional and mature attitude. I made special request for my room and it was perfectly done. Breakfast was delicious with hot food made from kitchen but it would be better if there were more fresh fruits. Nahm was popular as usual and it went well with the uniqueness of the hotel - being “professionally different from others” . These came from the heart of the hotel management who were able to lead the staff to maintain with the right attitude of customer service.
After staying at Como in Bangkok I had a short trip to Guangzhou China staying at the Ritz Carlton. While the brand name cannot be compared , it was unexpected that I would rank COMO Metropolitan Bangkok overall higher than Ritz Carlton in GZ because Como staff knew about your needs and did at the right time!
Lastly but not the least I missed the 2 cats usually sleeping at the door entrance !More
