Had a very nice experience at the Eastin Hotel. It's very conveniently located next to the BTS station, which makes it easy to reach just about anywhere. The room was lovely & very clean and had a very cool view over Bangkok. Breakfast contains just about anything you can imagine, the options are countless for Thai food. Continental breakfast was not that rich, but still, you can find just about anything. Overall, was very pleased with my stay at this hotel and would gladly recommend it.

Best hotel ever. Super friendly staff, especially Kukkai and Lak from 31st floor. Hotel recommended to every Bangkok traveler. Rooms are very clean, great views over the city and shopping facilities all around. The concierge is very helpful to getting a transfer to wherever you want

Our first trip to Thailand was truly unforgettable, and a big part of that was our stay at the Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to their best unit, the Executive Suite, which offered an amazing view of the Mahanakhon building. Absolutely breathtaking!
We made an error with our booking, but thankfully, the hotel manager, Mr. Boss (I hope I got his name right), went above and beyond to help us out. His assistance was much appreciated and really set the tone for our entire stay.
There are so many great things about this hotel that we don't want to leave:
1. They offer Happy Hour with unlimited drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) during happy hour, which was such a treat.
2. The hotel’s location is super accessible and even connected to the Metro station, making it convenient to explore the city.
3. The food was delicious, with a variety of options.
4. The infinity pool is picturesque but we only got one chance to use it due to the busy tour schedule.
5. The staff are all friendly, accommodating, and helpful. But one staff stands out, Ms. Wawa (I hope I got her name right again) from the 32nd floor. She was super nice, treated us so well, and spoke English fluently, which made us feel even more welcome.
This level of hospitality made our trip even more memorable, and we can’t wait to come back soon!
Room tip: Bangkok Traffic sucks. Better to use the metro if you don’t want to waste your time.
