We stayed here for 2 nights to attend a conference . The room is big with everything you need, the view is perfect to see the sun set over the Chao Praya River, the sheet is very clean. Very easy to get around Bangkok by the electric train (BTS) which just right there, next to the Hotel. We had dinner at the Blunos Restaurant in the 14th Floor, the food is very good, e.g. pizza, salad, sea-food, etc. with the great view of the swimming pool. The gym is nearby for you to do a bit of exercise. Most of all, the staff are very friendly, service-minded and be there for you whenever needed. I recommend you stay in this hotel for your next trip.

Clean rooms, helpful staff,excellent food both Thai and western delicious.
Breakfast in particular was very nice.
The bed was very comfortable, the T.V had a good range of channels.
The in room food service was excellent the food was on time and delicious.

We spent a night to celebrate our daughters' 8th birthday, and we are very happy for this choice: the level of service, comfort and attention to detail in the Eastin Sathorn was exceptional.
The attitude of their staff, the quality of the room and the dinner at their restaurant, Bluenos, were absolutely delightful. We also had breakfast in bed (food & cutlery hygienically wrapped, etc.) and the quality was superb as well.
Our family has visited many hotels through the years and since the start of the pandemic, most properties have downgraded their services and experiences as a measure to cut costs (which we feel is the wrong approach to maintain customer loyalty) but the Eastin offers such a high level of service and attention, that this weekend felt like the best birthday present. All in comfort, luxury and with social distancing and hygiene practices.
We loved it. We recommend a staycation here, and for those visiting Bangkok from other parts, consider the Eastin for your stay. You'll be glad you did.
Room tip: Corner rooms are best

Sparkling clean. Breakfast was amazing. Even better for the dinner buffet at Glasshouse. Good quality and great service. Sky train is directly connected to the hotel, very convenient. Worth the money.
