Roy, Sofia, Chay and Thurian were amazing. Extremely helpful, warm and welcoming.
They gave us the room on the highest floor and prepped something lovely for my husband's birthday.
The room was lovely and comfortable.
The rooftop and swimming pool are great. Amazing view !
Also there is a complimentary "afternoon snacks" with a violinist playing lovely songs. She was brilliant

Kind reception from Ray, enjoyable stay. Beautiful room with a high floor city facing view. Didn’t manage to visit but they also have a rooftop bar and pool.
Was our anniversary and the hotel prepared a very beautiful welcome for us in the room with complimentary cake as well.
Would recommend coming again! Though the transport options here were slightly limited but the service is very good.

Lovely hotel with warm touches. Rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. Large spread for buffet breakfast and the free afternoon tea is a lovely touch. The service is excellent from the front of house Ray and Ian to the lovely chef and server at the restaurant. Always helpful and with a smile on their face. Would come back again! Only suggestion would be to offer free tuk tuk transfers to the BTS! :) Thank you!

Great stay! Ray and Ian provided great service and hospitality during check in and check out.
The hotel has a very nice vibe and is very clean. It is located 5 mins walk away from pratunam so it is very convenient too.
Rooms are very clean and spacious. Will come back again!
