I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. It is super cosy and the pillows were amazing. The staff here were wonderful. Special mentions for Krit, who made check in at 12midnight a breeze and loaned me an adaptor and Ray who was super pleasant checking us out and making us laugh throughout. The restaurant staff at breakfast were amazing too and the food and views were great. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, loved it.

Very good hotel! Great service, but especially from Ray!! Extremely fluffy pillows. The view from our suite and the outside is gorgeous. The breakfast was great and it had an array of foods you may not see in other hotels (especially the sushi)

We stayed at Akara Hotel when we first arrived in Bangkok. However, we stayed in another hotel for a few days before our departure.
One thing I loved about Akara Hotel is that it felt like I was in the UK. I liked the hotel’s size and aesthetic. One of the best features was the pillow and bed. I often have problems with my neck and get headaches due to uncomfortable pillows, but the pillows here were the perfect size and firmness. I slept very well.
Breakfast was okay, and the staff were professional.
The location is within walking distance of Central World and MBK Center. However, for someone like me who doesn’t enjoy long walks, especially in hot weather, I might prefer a closer hotel. One advantage of this location is that when you step outside, there are no vendors immediately nearby, making it more peaceful.

It is located nearby Platinum Mall, perfect place to stay for relaxation and shopping. Staff are very accomodating, some are also Filipino staff, they can speak fluently in English. Beautiful room and the view is explicit. Will come back here again for our next vacation.
