From the moment we checked in, it was a mess at the front desk. I was lied to our rooms. They guy who checked us in made a big deal we are early and chenk is at 2 pm when rooms are ready. So we waited upstairs and had lunch, which was good. It will take too long for the whole story. When we finally got our second room because I saw the maid sitting on the bed playing on her phone. Location is not really good, pool is very small and everyday they had to come and reset my TV over 7 times. There is no way this is a 5 star hotel. I travel all over Thailand and this the worst.
