Baw and Mary are two exceptional staff that work here . They made sure I had a lovely stay here. The hotel is close by to many attractions , so it’s easy to get by.

On arrival the staff were extremely hospitable and the service was impeccable. The room was beautiful and very spacious with a great view! A special thanks to Rin who welcomed us made our stay memorable. We had a great stay in Bangkok and at the Akara hotel.

The stay is very nice, all the staff very nice. 5 star hotel with all the things. Especially staff name ban mary help a lot. The pillow is soft and they have a snack around lunch time. Thankyou for good staying. Very recommend hotel. Will comeback soon

I love the hotel.. specially the staff namely kuya Ray and kuya Ian they are very kind and helpful.. it is really a 5 star experience.. i love our room very clean and cozy.. we try the bar on the rooftop beside the pool area on our last night.. the food is great and very tasty.. the drinks are also good.. very satisfied..

It was an amazing experience here at Akara Hotel Bangkok. From the customer service of the staff to the room that we stayed itself. Love how the hotel has free tea time for customers at 2pm everyday. All in all, we love our stay here and we highly recommend this!
