It was an amazing experience here at Akara Hotel Bangkok. From the customer service of the staff to the room that we stayed itself. Love how the hotel has free tea time for customers at 2pm everyday. All in all, we love our stay here and we highly recommend this!

I was well recieved by receptionist Baw and Ray. Both were excellent and professional in their job. Baw gave me a good guide on my surrounding vicinity. The suite room was beautiful and nicely decorated. The breakfast by the pool was relaxing. Will be back again.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. All the staff were helpful and courteous especially Ray at front desk and the staff who deals with breakfast in the morning. I would recommend this hotel as it is near tourist attractions and the afternoon break time option was lovely.

Service was great and the extra amenities were a plus! Free breakfast, snacks in the afternoon, and the pool were great. Location was good, about a 15-20 min walk from central world and right by a train stop. Everyone was super nice and helpful (including Ray would helped us check out on our last day). Bell boys were kind and waiters were all amazing! The room and pool were a little smaller than I was expecting, but clean nonetheless.
