I had a lovely stay at this hotel. All the staff were helpful and courteous especially Ray at front desk and the staff who deals with breakfast in the morning. I would recommend this hotel as it is near tourist attractions and the afternoon break time option was lovely.

Service was great and the extra amenities were a plus! Free breakfast, snacks in the afternoon, and the pool were great. Location was good, about a 15-20 min walk from central world and right by a train stop. Everyone was super nice and helpful (including Ray would helped us check out on our last day). Bell boys were kind and waiters were all amazing! The room and pool were a little smaller than I was expecting, but clean nonetheless.

Beautiful decor,nice hotel ,comfy bed,huge bathroom. It's also a walking distance to the stretch of Pratunam shopping area and also friendly staffs esp Ian who helps us to arrange getting transport to the airport during peak period . Will be back again.

The check in process was very fast and prompt. All the staffs were very friendly and spoke good english The room was well clean and kept! No items were missing when housekeeping comes. The staff named Ray was very friendly and provided help with the checkout and airport transfer
