Really comfortable bed and linen with great aircon so always had a great night sleep after exploring Bangkok. Ray was super welcoming and friendly upon check in. Overall a great facility. Pretty close to major shopping centres and food places.

Good staycation. They clean the room every time go out. I love the way they accompanied us from day one until we checked out. I also like the way they talk to us. Everyone is so nice especially Ray and Ian. We will definitely go back here for another staycation.

The hotel staffs so friendly and we check in it’s a warm welcome with ray and Ian in front. It was very nice staying here have very fluffy bed! Thai food is delicious as they recommend us to eat at Ross! Fantastic people and service! I will definitely come back

This hotel has comfortable beds and was clean. Service was very friendly and personal. There's also good value in free-flow snacks in the lounge. The only thing that detracted was the weird design of having the WC and the washbasins at opposite ends of the room.
