Amazing customer service and the staffs are extremely accommodating. Throughout my 5 nights stay, the staff has always made sure we are comfortable and satisfied. Shout out to Ray, who was friendly and served us efficiently through our 5 night stay. Definitely will recommend this hotel to anybody who is coming to Bangkok.

The staff make this place the most warm and inviting Hotel in my 5 City 3 Country tour of Asia. The staff is like close friends and family to me now. Any requests I made they were happy to oblige even searching for flowers at 10:00 pm when stores are closed they Source it out and brought it directly to my room for a date that I just plant an hour before. Hotel room is very nice and instagramable. Staffs are always smiling and greeted me everytime we get in the hotel. Ray and rich gives us so much fun and ideas about our trips in Bangkok. This is my second time staying here. I I will come back next year for sure and stay here again.
