Extremely warm and welcoming and very friendly. I can't say enough how good of an experience I had with these people fee

The staff make this place the most warm and inviting Hotel in my 5 City 3 Country tour of Asia. The staff is like close friends and family to me now. Any requests I made they were happy to oblige even searching for flowers at 10:00 pm when stores are closed they Source it out and brought it directly to my room for a date that I just plant an hour before. Special thanks to the general manager
CHATDOA INSEESONGWORN, she personally wanted to meet before I left and give me a warm hug like we are old friends please be kind to these people as they are like family can't say enough about how wonderful the experience was you would be lucky if you had the chance to stay here.

You can stay in with luxury hotel experience and cost you with very reasonable price

Ray is a polite person and he is always at the lobby for you.

The hotel has high standards of services and attention to detail on guess living experience

They serve refreshments with food and pastries for free since 1400-1600 and the quality is superb

Cozy hotel and friendly staffs

Hotel room is very nice and instagramable. Staffs are always smiling and greeted me everytime we get in the hotel. Ray and rich gives us so much fun and ideas about our trips in Bangkok. This is my second time staying here. I I will come back next year for sure and stay here again.

Vacation in Bangkok

Good customer service throughout your stay
Helpful when you needed assistance
Food is normal though, needs some improvement
Location is near 7-11, about 10 mins walk to pratunam market
20 - 30 mins walk to Big C, Platinum Mall, Erawan Shrine
