The people who work there are so kind, humble and really helpful especially Kaye the receptionist, she’s super kind and the security as well he’s really friendly and care about the guests. They don’t mind to help the guests. The place is also clean.

This lodging is simply unbeatable for the price at this location in the Ratchathevi area. The walking distance to Pratunam market, Platinum Fashion Mall, Big C, and Central World shopping is so convenient.
We were given a big clean, quiet room even though it faced the road since we were on the 12th floor.
The bed was very comfortable and we slept soundly.
Tasty snacks were available from 2 to 5 pm. The snacks had interesting presentations which changed every day
We were impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. The management attended to our locked safe within ten minutes due to the wrong code. Even the cleaning staff were attentive to the slightest details.
Of course, every accommodation has its drawbacks. It was challenging climbing into a bathtub and the location of the water closet was rather unusual.
Overall, it was a good place to stay and it is highly recommended for travelers. There are better hotels in the locality but these are those with deeper pockets, for sure.

Great hotel though it was abit smaller than expected (as shown on pictures online). But cosy and convenient nonetheless. Staff were very helpful as well! Will recommend this hotel to anyone. Near to many good food and night markets. Lots to do

My room got upgraded to suite once we checked in. Rooms are clean and amenities are very complete. All staffs are helping, especially Ms. Kaye. Overall it was a nice stay. I would recommend this hotel to whoever is planning to go to Bangkok. Cheers
