I recently stayed at this hotel and found the room to be fine and the location excellent. However, I was disappointed with the check-in experience. The staff member at the front desk was robotic and didn't make me feel welcome at all. On a positive note, other staff members were very good and helpful throughout my stay.

The hotel was very clean and nice, Kaye at the front desk took care of our check out, we needed to leave our luggage in the hotel during a trip to Cambodia and she took care of it, she was very friendly, the pool area and bar was good, we recommend the passion sour cocktail, thank you!

very good I really like here 非常好我们住的很舒心 非常好的就是,我们同行的朋友戒指落在房间工作人员还特意帮我取下来,行李可以寄存,方便大家飞机时间不方便的时候可以寄存,楼下有吸烟处,顶楼有音乐小酒吧和泳池,总之住的很开心。希望再来!we were very happy for our stay, Ray give us good service and return our missing ring in the room.

This was my last stop on my trip and I wanted to splurge. I was disappointed. The hotel looks fancy but in person is more worn down, like paint coming off the light switches. The bathroom design is baffling, with the shower a circle tub against the wall with nothing to hold onto to get into it and a design that sprays water everywhere. The pool area is quite small and I couldn't sit on the deck without getting splashed by kids jumping in. It's on a big street with car shops but walking distance to a market and train station. I expected higher quality from the experience.

Exemplary services! Breakfast is nice and we have quite a number of requests that were fulfilled within a quick time Interior of the room is wonderfully designed with a well-put together bathtub and shower, will recommend all my friends for sure!
