The hotel was very clean and nice, Kaye at the front desk took care of our check out, we needed to leave our luggage in the hotel during a trip to Cambodia and she took care of it, she was very friendly, the pool area and bar was good, we recommend the passion sour cocktail, thank you!

This was my last stop on my trip and I wanted to splurge. I was disappointed. The hotel looks fancy but in person is more worn down, like paint coming off the light switches. The bathroom design is baffling, with the shower a circle tub against the wall with nothing to hold onto to get into it and a design that sprays water everywhere. The pool area is quite small and I couldn't sit on the deck without getting splashed by kids jumping in. It's on a big street with car shops but walking distance to a market and train station. I expected higher quality from the experience.

Very nice and cosy hotel. Staff were lovely and very professional. We stayed on the 15th floor in the deluxe suite. Very spacious and nice, the food in the restaurant was very nice as well. Next time when we visit Bangkok we will definitely stay here again.
