A fair trek to reach the top and it can be slippery underfoot where the sunlight doesn't get through. A few of our team ended up on their rears. Going down was harder than the climb up. We were in trekking boots and saw people trying to attempt it in flip flops, which I wouldn't advise.
Beautiful temple to see if you're in the area with some lovely views of Pokhara from the top

TUSHITA NEPAL MEDITATION CENTER, the school of life, is the center for Peace and bliss in the Himalaya of Nepal- the origin place of yoga & meditation. May you organize retreats for engineering life and self-realization. We focus more for purification and Gyana Yoga (authentic knowledge) in order to connect with the Creator- Divine Source- Nature and Inner light. It is meant for those who are craving for happiness and peace…

if you happen to go there when it's not too crowded, you can eventually feel a quiet, peaceful sensation of harmony between the lake at your feet, the Annapurnas over your head and the surroundings. modern lifestyle, smartphone and internet are worthless.

If You go to peace temple a climb of around 500 stairs is absolutely worth it. Stunning Himalayan views will welcome you along with a stupa just in the middle of it all . Its on a peak so on one side you can see the mountains and Pokhara lake as well frown there. It’s really beautiful. There’s even a cafe serving delicious food just near the top. Loved this place. Be cautious on the stairs.

The hike to reach the place took around an hour, it had an amazing view and a small place in which we had beer on the way back.. We initially took boats and paddled our way to reach the bottom and start the hike. The pagoda was nice, peaceful and a beautiful reminder that we are all connected at heart. It has a nice view of the lake, the paragliding mountain and pokhara.

... up to the temple from the lake side. Yes it’s about an hour upstairs (yes there are stairs) through the woods but definitely worth the views and the peace.

Arriving on top, please do not start shouting out your joy of having arrived: the top stupa is a place of peace and tranquility. Event the guards will make you stop taking if you are too loud. Just walk or sit and enjoy the silence and the views all around, including the Annapurna summits to the north

The defence toward the city is less demanding and leads through a few villages with curious children running around you.
