We sat on the top terrace. View was nice, plenty of choices for tables.

We had 2 salads, an appetizer and one beer and one cocktail.

43$ US. Food was ok- but we will not go back. For the price better options in town.

Staff polite and clean restaurant.

Thank Beachordie

We arrived around 6:00 pm to have a drink on the terrace. Though the terrace was not full but many of the tables had reserved signs on them. We found a table only to be asked to move but were not given any options you the waiter. After a couple more try’s we were seated but told we needed to move by a certain time. No problem.

As we looked around the food coming out looked great and the Mojito I ordered was refreshing. They also brought tasty olives and bread sticks.
The thing that I did not like was the attitude of the staff that worked at this establishment. They were on auto pilot, no smiles, no polite welcome, in fact I had to practically wave my arms to get any sign of acknowledgement. We had intended to have dinner here but decided to pass since as we all know the character of the staff can make or break your dining experience.
We had great meals all over Marrakech with gracious hosts so we did not want a sour taste in our mouths.

One of the places where you can have wine without paying too much, but is a very touristic restaurant. Food is ok, nothing special.

Location - Ideal, in the heart of the Medina, a perfect spot to view the market. In contrast to the busy souks, Cafe Arabe takes you to another world.
Decor - Upscale with classic Moroccan art. Three levels offer the visitor different moods.
Service - Immediate and very helpful
Food - varied menu highlighting classic Moroccan cuisine - due try the appetizer platter and any of the tagines, we had the lamb.

It’s well worth a second visit into the hectic surroundings of the Medina to find this little gem. The food surpassed all expectations and gave a true flavour of Morrocco. We selected a variety of dishes to share between 3 adults: a tender lamb with prunes, a succulent chicken dish with lemon spices, tasty spicy meatballs, mixed vegetables and a couscous. All of which were delicious and great value. Wish we had made the effort to find this little gem sooner, for a modest cost it kept us going for the rest of the day....and will remember it as the best of Marrakech for a lot longer!
