Inbetween the patio and the upper level, you will find a big room decorated in the moroccan style; Double bed and bathroom in zellige. Delicate rays of lights and wrought iron make the charm of it...
On the upper level, 3 rooms are located along the romantic balcony: the master bedroom with a king size bed and a grey tadelakt bathroom with a modern design. The 2 other rooms, one with a queen size bed and one with 2 twin beds share a beige tadelakt bathroom.
On the terrace level, you will find a room dedicated to leisure and farniente; we tore down the wall and set a huge window with a view on the medina... We also set a fireplace for confort... A summer kitchen has been added next to it.
The terrace in itself is a must.. As the house is much taller than the surrounding ones, the view on the Medina and the Merenide Graves, is stunning. Due to the height, you are protected from being seen by the neighbours.. Privacy, a luxury in the medina.
The dar is located in a quiet dead end little street , 15 min from Bab Boujloud and 5 minutes from the RCIF place.
Moroccan breakfast and linens are included in the price.
A cook is available if you wish for lunch and dinner for a modest supplement; she can even teach you moroccan cooking.
Transfert to and from airport can be organized; a concierge will welcome you and guide in your first steps in the house and the medina.
Aircon in the rooms, wifi and satellite TV.
Besides the tour of the Medina and numerous wanderings in the souks, you could also have a walk to the jewish cemetery and the adjacent neighbourhood, the Mellah. You could also wander in the new town of Fes.

Love this place! This is one of the most memorable places I have ever stayed! We definitely felt cozy and like home. Not to mention this place is in the center of "Old Town" and as we would like to spend most of our time there, this was a perfect location. The breakfast (includes) and dinner were wonderful, it was a blessed to enjoy the local meal in this nicely designed house.

Plush oasis at the center of Fez Old City
We love this comfortable 3-story riad with A/C, King and Queen size beds, and all the gorgeous decor, colors and textures of exotic Morocco. Best are the talented cook and efficient house manager that come with the house. Beware: low on closet space But other than that, every luxury you could ask for!

Little paradise right in the center of the Medina
Really beautiful house in the middle of the oldest part of town. Very nicely decorated and with a nice roof terras with stunning views.

Felt like at home in a middle age neighbourhood !
We had a wonderful stay in this house..
We were welcomed by the concierge and the cook, which is precious as getting around the medina is quite an experience for those who don't know it..
The house is so nice with all kind of small details that make the place lovely and comfortable.
We loved the cook with typical moroccan food (tajines, couscous, pastilla and all kinds of salads) She cooked for us the whole day and when we were back from our touring, dinner was ready ..
Neighbourhood is quite quiet although you can't miss the Muslims'calls to prayer...

The house is in the hearth of the medina; to get to it with your luggage, you will need a carrossa ; which is a kind of cart that a man fills in with your luggage; he will lead you to the house.. Already quite an experience...
The house is very special compared to other traditionnal houses (Dar) because it holds a lot of small windows, which a special atmosphere to it; indeed, 2 of our 4 exterior walls are not stuck between other houses.. Another thing that gives a lot of charm to the house, is the gallery that serves the rooms, it gives a colonial type of look..
The house is located next to several souks... So, easy shopping...
