I love staying at Homewood suite's with the free breakfast and during the week the the social time at night. The spacious rooms with the kitchen makes it easy for family to make snacks and keep food on hand. I also love that there's a TV in the bedroom and in the living room so that the family can watch different things at the same time. In some locations they have a two bedroom which is really nice.
My stay at Homewood Suites was pleasant. The hotel was clean and neat However, I will always stay at this Augusta Hotel because of a young lady named Tiera! HILTON, Send this lady to the top!!! From the start Tiera was beyond helpful and professional and went above and beyond. Tiera's customer service was top tier and what this industry and customer service is missing. I stay in hotels every week across the country, Tiera is bar far the best customer service rep I have ever come across and exceeds her tittle and responsibilities by a million X.

Hotel is in desperate need of cleaning and updating. The room was gross we only stayed two nights and then had to leave it was so bad. This is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I travel a lot. The wallpaper is peeling, carpet has stains everywhere, the couch was ripped up, dirt caked in corners. Read the reviews and trust them! It’s really bad.
My wife and I stayed one night at this hotel because we needed a kitchen to cook food. Compared to what I desire in a property this hotel is past due for a renovation and is very dated. The room we were given was overall clean but still in need of a deep clean. The sofa arm was ripped, dings on the furniture and door casings. The televisions were older without streaming service access.
Actually, I had a very good experience at this location. The staff was very friendly and addressed all of my questions to restaurants in the areas, entertainment, etc. Tiera, who I believe is a manager at this location was very professional and wanted to make sure that I had a good experience there!
