The hotel is clean, centrally located, etc. The employees are very helpful. Shout out to Jessica at the front desk for rolling my multiple stays in to one convenient reservation! My business trips can get quite hack and slash in the robotics industry, so to have someone assist in making my life even the slightest bit easier is well appreciated! I use Hilton hotels almost exclusively, and this site is one I always look forward to.

From the moment we walked in everything was excellent. A special shout out to NATHAN at the Front Desk. He was just about perfect - Professional, Polite and yet FRIENDLY. He was quick to recommend a restaurant that turned out to be really good. He should be a manager! I would stay here again in a heartbeat

The hotel was an amazing experience! Terrance Martin recommend I should stay here and I don’t regret it one bit! I was even compensated for the malfunction of the hot water! 10/10 I will be back and will only stay at the Hampton from here on out! Not to mention the Breakfast was SUPERIOR!!!

I was there for a week. Two most disappointing things were: (1) no hot water for most of the stay, and (2) fire alarm going off at different times for no reason.
The positive aspects of the stay was Terence Martin making my reservations, checking me in in advance(I arrived at 1:00 am) . He periodically checked on me and gave me periodic updates pertaining to the hot water issue.
I also was very, very impressed with the breakfast and all of the frendly staff.

Property is not up to par for Hilton brand. Maintenance obviously deferred in room and public areas. Bathroom ceiling peeling and debris falling from prior flooding above. Tile in common areas needs deep cleaning. Gas leak overnight caused boiler to be shut down so no hot water in the morning.
