This hotel may be listed as a 3 star but the service was 5 star.
From the moment we walked in everything was excellent. A special shout out to NATHAN at the Front Desk. He was just about perfect - Professional, Polite and yet FRIENDLY. He was quick to recommend a restaurant that turned out to be really good. He should be a manager! I would stay here again in a heartbeat

The hotel was an amazing experience! Terrance Martin recommend I should stay here and I don’t regret it one bit! I was even compensated for the malfunction of the hot water! 10/10 I will be back and will only stay at the Hampton from here on out! Not to mention the Breakfast was SUPERIOR!!!

I was there for a week. Two most disappointing things were: (1) no hot water for most of the stay, and (2) fire alarm going off at different times for no reason.
The positive aspects of the stay was Terence Martin making my reservations, checking me in in advance(I arrived at 1:00 am) . He periodically checked on me and gave me periodic updates pertaining to the hot water issue.
I also was very, very impressed with the breakfast and all of the frendly staff.

Property is not up to par for Hilton brand. Maintenance obviously deferred in room and public areas. Bathroom ceiling peeling and debris falling from prior flooding above. Tile in common areas needs deep cleaning. Gas leak overnight caused boiler to be shut down so no hot water in the morning.

We were locked out of our room for over 2 hours due to a faulty key pad that staff said had been defective for several months. Spoke to general manager, Tiffany Reed, who was extremely rude. Staff had instructed us that we’d receive a free night stay due to our trouble but she refused and said she’d give us 1000 points for our troubles. Which equates to about 1/30th of a nights stay or $3-5.
Would not recommend staying at this site. Terrible management, terrible customer service.
