Property is not up to par for Hilton brand. Maintenance obviously deferred in room and public areas. Bathroom ceiling peeling and debris falling from prior flooding above. Tile in common areas needs deep cleaning. Gas leak overnight caused boiler to be shut down so no hot water in the morning.

We were locked out of our room for over 2 hours due to a faulty key pad that staff said had been defective for several months. Spoke to general manager, Tiffany Reed, who was extremely rude. Staff had instructed us that we’d receive a free night stay due to our trouble but she refused and said she’d give us 1000 points for our troubles. Which equates to about 1/30th of a nights stay or $3-5.
Would not recommend staying at this site. Terrible management, terrible customer service.
Location perfect close to highway, price reasonable, pet friendly, property clean, rooms are clean and staff is helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel. Beds are comfortable the hotel offer breakfast daily.

Booked this hotel for a family event. There was suppose to be 3 rooms in the same area. We ended up on 2nd floor and other family on 3rd floor. When we arrived the front lobby looks nice but when you get in the room they are dirty. Definitely not Hilton standard. Both our room and 1 of our family members room both had cockroaches in them. I definitely would not stay again.

Front desk were extremely personable and helpful with amazing positive attitudes both night and day staff. Great customer service! Suite was large and accommodating for our family. Great location just off of the interstate which made travel so much easier.
