We were locked out of our room for over 2 hours due to a faulty key pad that staff said had been defective for several months. Spoke to general manager, Tiffany Reed, who was extremely rude. Staff had instructed us that we’d receive a free night stay due to our trouble but she refused and said she’d give us 1000 points for our troubles. Which equates to about 1/30th of a nights stay or $3-5.
Would not recommend staying at this site. Terrible management, terrible customer service.
