Excellent stay.... HIE is one of my "go-to's" when traveling, and this one did not disappoint. Basics were covered - clean and comfortable. The two people at reception when we arrived and during our stay were Jamal and (I think) Akita - both were just great... welcoming, easy smiles, helpful. Kudos to both of them! The breakfast area was the nicest I'd ever seen in a HIE - large, high ceilings, and lots of natural light. Bryant, who was managing that area the mornings we were there, was very pleasant and we had a good conversation with him. Highly recommend this hotel both for the facility and the staff.
