The lady who checked me in and the lady running the bar the second night were 10/10. I’m horrible with names so I apologize. I need to start writing them down.
The only downsides were my door looked like it had been broken into. The carpet is fraying a bit and the shower floor was slippery otherwise and good hotel. I’d stay again.
Great hotel. Our room was very clean and the staff at the Hyatt Place Augusta was exceptional. Our overall experience was great and we will be staying with you again!
This hotel was amazing. The staff greeted us very warmly. They made recommendations of places to eat. the room was clean spacious and comfortable. The workout room was spacious and the equipment was new. The breakfast was outstanding. Fresh fruit, yummy

Compared to my last stay Rm--this visit RM was smaller. What was reserved was a King suite just w/out King bed. Overall the hotel is nice with a great scenery view of city. 12noon check out.....Right off I20 near many restaurants and shopping plaza in all directions. Customer Service was wonderful....especially hotel housekeeper on 3rd floor. Great Bar that need to be open longer with more alcohol options LOLO. Breakfast was simple but keep hot and fresh.
My card information has never been stolen…. My cards are very secure. But the moment I have to write down my information because the card machines are messed up… my card info gets taken. And it was only the card that I wrote down. $15 from grub hub, $98 for booking.com and thank god I canceled my card before they attempted to spend an additional $850 dollars on 2 other charges…. I am furious. Management did absolutely nothing.
