My card information has never been stolen…. My cards are very secure. But the moment I have to write down my information because the card machines are messed up… my card info gets taken. And it was only the card that I wrote down. $15 from grub hub, $98 for booking.com and thank god I canceled my card before they attempted to spend an additional $850 dollars on 2 other charges…. I am furious. Management did absolutely nothing.
A workout shirt (Lime Green) was mixed with the bathroom towels (White) and wasn't returned to owner after asking a minimum of 5 times.
Overall this stay was ok but check in took an extra long time which was due to a double booking error. I was not told about any charges for pets and no one confirmed or even asked if I had a pet.
There is a moldy smell they need to address.
Better care of the rooms needed I.e. 2 rooms both had clogged drains.
There was also a cockroach in our room.
Upgrade the gym facilities given the nightly price of the hotel.
Make sure you get your Hyatt rewards treats and water when you check in. Hopefully they will offer you a late checkout time of 2pm. Ask for microwave if needed.
