Description: Small casual Italian restaurant with outside seating for 20 clients. We do not take reservations for more than 8 people per table. Owner/chef Gianni, prepares all meals on order and uses only the freshest ingredients available to the island. From antipasti to fresh pasta to freshly caught fish, are all cooked in a traditional italian style.

One of the best restaurants in West End! Fresh fish daily and homemade pasta. Always get whatever fish is on the daily specials!

We had the pleasure of patronizing Johnny's again after my first visit last year. OMG!! My husband had the lobster lasagna (decadent cheesy, rich, and brimming with lobster and smoky sausage) and I had the King Crab fettuccine with olive oil and tomatoes. So delicious! The fresh home-made pasta and cheeses make all the difference. We make this a must stop special dinner every time we are in Roatan. Johnny is a doll and an absolutely incredible chef! Get reservations early in your stay...there are only a few tables on his upstairs patio al fresco dining room and you will be sorry if you can't get in!

We chose to eat at Pazzo after reading all of the excellent reviews on here - and we were not disappointed. The food - carpaccio, fettucine Alfredo and the chef's special pasta with sausage and mushroom - was superb, packed with flavour and perfectly cooked, and the service was also very good.

One tip: make a reservation as it was very busy even in low season (we didn't actually get in the first time we went)

I am absolutely a picky eater, but I had no real complaints regarding this restaurant. We ordered the lobster pasta with leeks, cherry tomatoes and cream. The pasta was cooked perfectly, seasoned perfectly, and the sauce was light but full of flavor. The cherry tomatoes were juicy and delightful. The carpaccio was average for me but my friend enjoyed it a lot. The sorbet dessert was light and refreshing. We went to Roatan Oasis the day after eating at Pazzo and were extremely disappointed after the high standard set by Pazzo. We will try to get the next reservation again at Pazzo before leaving the island. The pictures of the food do not do it justice as the lighting to take the pictures weren't nearly as flattering as the amazing taste of the food. High kudos to the chef! The service was quite pleasant too.

I have reviewed this fine restaurant before and it has only improved with age. The owner, a funny little fellow, is a wonderfully talented chef, who hand makes his menu weekly. The menu therefore varies week to week, The food is delicious and fairly priced. If you have the opportunity I highly recommend the LASAGNE...momma mia!....You can't go wrong at PAZZO ( unless you get too friendly with the owner)
BYOB -reservations recommended
