Loved the apartment style rooms...very spacious...staff was very friendly...pool area nice too...they even had a basketball to loan out for the basketball court on property. Places to eat within walking distance but the full kitchen is convenient too.

This Residence Inn is located in a converted apartment complex on a lush green property. Our unit was clean and comfortable and the kitchen had all the basics so we could make a few simple meals. I like that there is a pool, too. I would definitely stay here again next time we are in town. Much more comfortable than a regular hotel setting.

We stayed at this property for one night because these properties typically accommodate handicapped mobility better. This property is the old style Residence Inn, in that it was cluster of quad units built around a courtyard, and admittedly designed for a long-term stay rather than just overnight. I told them that I needed a unit that did not have any steps/curbs to navigate and was assured that this would be the case. However, from the parking space to the unit required going over a high curb with no ramp in sight, and another narrow high step to get into the unit. I would have returned to the office for help but this unit was at the back of the property and would have required driving a long block back to the front office building. By the time I got husband into the unit and then our luggage without benefit of a cart, we were both exhausted. The unit itself was clean and spacious and, except for a loud, noisy vent that came on automatically when you turned on the light in the bathroom, it was quiet. A continental style breakfast was available when we checked out, so I grabbed a pastry and we were on our way.

Room Tip: If handicapped, ensure mobility will not be a problem to the unit provided.

Thank you so much for taking the time to respond. We really appreciate your feedback. I'm so sorry you had an issue with the handicap room that you were assigned. We definitely did not intent to make things any more difficult for you. I will make sure to look at the room you were assigned and better inform the front desk staff which rooms are easier for wheelchair accessibility. We definitely appreciate the feedback so we can make sure this doesn't happen to another guest.

This was a great place to stay for a night. The pool was warm and glorious. The suite was comfortable for four people, we had complete control of the temperature. The breakfast was filling and delicious. Parking was convenient to the suite. We were in walking distance to the restaurants.

On a recent stay in the Orlando area we chose this hotel based on review we had read on Trip Advisor.

The hotel is quite typical for a Residence Inn. Our room was a suite of good size. The bed was comfortable, and the room was fairly well maintained.

The staff was very friendly, giving us advice on directions and local restaurants. We extended our stay and they were very accommodating. They seem to enjoy their jobs and genuinely wanted to provide great customer service.

The free breakfast was OK - about what you would expect for a free buffet from a mid range hotel chain. The pool is small but clean.

This hotel is north of Orlando, so a little bit away from the parks although not too long a ride. The area is loaded with restaurants, strip malls, etc. which gives lots of choices, although the denseness of the development creates a concrete jungle effect.

The price is comparable to other options around Orlando if you prefer a suite. The friendliness of the staff stood out for us - it was above expectations.
