This property is the best! I stayed here while visiting friends in Altamonte Springs for a weekend. Jeff at the front desk was helpful and knowledgeable regarding Universal Studios. Jeff recommended several highlights at the parks to make our day enjoyable. Breakfast is free, hot and fresh every morning. I would recommend this property if you're in the Altamonte Springs area.

The entire staff and front desk especially Jeff exceptional excellent customer service. They all made sure our Beach Volleyball girls had a hot extra early breakfast and lots of fruit and extra clean towels as needed we greatly appreciate everyone definitely made our stay very enjoyable and very clean and close to many restaurants and Walmart,Publix etc. We will definitely come back and spread the word. Rooms are wide and clean; service is good.
The breakfast buffet is really good, with a wide choice of sweet and salted options.
The hotel is conveniently located close to the highway, suitable to reach all Orlando locations
