We stayed for a high school competition. Staff was incredible! Christina, the manager, was so helpful with a special request!

This property is the best! I stayed here while visiting friends in Altamonte Springs for a weekend. Jeff at the front desk was helpful and knowledgeable regarding Universal Studios. Jeff recommended several highlights at the parks to make our day enjoyable. Breakfast is free, hot and fresh every morning. I would recommend this property if you're in the Altamonte Springs area.

The entire staff and front desk especially Jeff exceptional excellent customer service. They all made sure our Beach Volleyball girls had a hot extra early breakfast and lots of fruit and extra clean towels as needed we greatly appreciate everyone definitely made our stay very enjoyable and very clean and close to many restaurants and Walmart,Publix etc. We will definitely come back and spread the word. Nice hotel in Altamonte Springs.
Rooms are wide and clean; service is good.
The breakfast buffet is really good, with a wide choice of sweet and salted options.
The hotel is conveniently located close to the highway, suitable to reach all Orlando locations

Jeff was fantastic at the front desk was so accommodating and helpful. Hotel is comfortable and clean. Breakfast was warm, fresh, and delicious. If you’re traveling to Orlando please consider this property for your hotel stay. Fantasy property-!!!!!

I have been working for the hospitality business for a long time, and I understand that there are rules and policies. However, as managers and directors, there is always a way to resolve and assist our guests. This used to be one of the favorite hotels in Orlando due to the price-quality relationship. The company I work for has business nearby, and personally, my staff and I used to frequent it. We decided to look for another option where hospitality is truly felt, as I mentioned earlier. In my experience, from the young staff at the front desk, through Omar, and ending with Cristina, the general manager, they were unable to resolve something as simple as a reservation change. Zero customer service, they only care about money and not making the guest feel welcome. Honestly, very disappointing.
