I do apologize that you had to witness such and unfortunate situation in the lobby upon your arrival. On behalf of Deven our front desk agent, I also want to say thank you for supporting him. Mr. Coss,
At this moment I still do not know what your complaint was with your stay other than we accommodated your every request. You made multiple digital room changes before your arrival and we adjusted your room with each of your changes finally settling you into a top floor per your request. I received a call from my front desk agent at 930pm while I was off the property running errands for the hotel that you were in the hotel lobby being hostile and using abusive language. Within 10 mins I returned to the property and asked you what your concerns were... all you could tell me was that my front desk agent was overly confident and arrogant. I asked you what I could do to help you, and you said, "I could do nothing for you"! You said all you needed was to leave a negative review and so you have. I do not appreciate my staff and guests being yelled at and cussed at by other guests. I do apologize to my front desk agent and the guests in the lobby for having to endure your attacks for over 30 mins. Below is a review left by one of the guests that witnessed the interaction between you and my front desk agent that night. I thank you for leaving the wonderful photos and we do take pride in our property and the hospitality of our guests.

Rude Guest in Lobby but Amazing Staff & Hotel
Came here for just a night during a roadtrip exploring the Central Coast. The price was super fair - especially after seeing our room and everything that comes with it! Check-in was a breeze, the place is really nice and clean, and looks pretty new all around. Upon coming back from dinner, some jerk was in the lobby loudly berating the staff. We had a question for the front desk so we waited while this guest went off on this wild tangent demanding to speak to a manager and whipping out his phone to record the staff. The manager showed up and the guest continued to be ridiculously difficult even though the hotel was being more than accommodating. The staff couldn’t have been more patient, polite and professional. The guest said they were going to leave a horrible review and after experiencing their interaction I feel very inclined to leave my own review. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more, it’s fantastic and they have absolutely everything you could need or ask for. It really feels like a second home and I’m grateful for the staff making it such a welcoming place to stay tonight. Thank you, Deven!
