We booked extremely last minute (the night before a 10am start). Nevertheless, of all the many winery tours I have participated in, Grant's has by far been my best experience. You go down the road less traveled and are treated to wineries which most big companies do not go to. It feels far more personal and personalized. I would recommend to everyone, from wine novices to connoisseurs.

We had the best day on Waiheke.....had not booked a tour but met Grant by chance and he took us around his lovely island. We simply say, book with Grant! Great host and historian. If you want to see the hidden gems in Waiheke then go with Waivino, lovely wineries, delicious lunch and when I said I wanted to buy a pair of earrings, but it was after 4 and the store had closed Grant saw the lady that worked at the store who was headed home and he convinced her to open the shop back up so I could get my earrings 😁Thank you Grant and we'll see you again for another tour soon.

Grant our tour guide was brilliant. He was prompt at pick up, welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. He had organised a great afternoon at some superb wineries with spectacular vistas. Most of all, Grant was very accommodating of our needs and prepared to go the extra mile to ensure we had a fantastic experience.
