We had an absolutely fabulous experience last night for dinner at Cafe Fenice! They were extremely busy yet our service was not at all hurried. The wine selection was good and our meals were simply fantastic! We had the caprese salad and it was one of the best we have ever had - the tomatoes were divine. For our entrees we had the seafood of the day (snapper) which was prepared to perfection and the veal meatballs and zucchini—also fantastic. Plus the chef prepared my dish specially so I could avoid a few things I cannot eat. It was a great dining experience.

Hot, cheesy pizza and a great wine recommendation. This was a solid lunch stop. In and out quickly and walking distance to the beach after our meal!

Lovely, friendly and helpful wait staff and the food was absolutely devine! Full of flavour, perfectly cooked and a fabulous wine list to accompany it. Both myself and my partner had duck dishes - I had the Raghu and he, the risotto, and they were both cooked to perfection! Our only regret is that we were too full to order the cannelloni we’d had our eye on since arriving!

We only went in for a couple of drinks. They couldn’t have been friendlier and more welcoming. Very cozy atmosphere inside.

Friendly staff nice food and the corona bill ruined it pizza and pasta was nice little cool seated inside it was winter lunch time paid the bill and noticed the most expensive corona beer I have ever paid for in fact it must be NZs most expensive corona at 14
