My husband and I first fell in love with Azzuro Groves while visiting Waiheke for a romantic getaway. Great browsing and the owners are so very friendly. Tasting is enthusiastically encouraged. While back in Waiheke with the family last year, we purchased a gift for friends who were looking after our animals back home. This year, we didn't make it to the island, but I purchased some special Balsamic vinegar online for the same friend. I contacted Kerry via email when it didn't arrive. Much to my surprise, he knocked on my door after personally investigating what had happened. There was an unusual glitch with the courier -- so he decided to deliver it himself. Because I had mentioned the Balsamic was a gift, he included a special presentation box. I will be forever grateful and loyal to this fantastic family-owned company.
