Really wanted to visit on our recent trip so as advised tried to book online via email 3 weeks before visit with no response, tried to emailed again 2 weeks before visit no response, rung several times no answer, messaged via Instagram and still no reply.. turned up on the off chance and meet with a rude response from staff who were unfriendly and didn't seem to care

Even if theres a lot of animals it wasnt worth it. Started by us being kicked out as we arrived 10 minutes earlier. Rereading the rules it is true you have to come exactly on time, but they were simply unrespectful and rude. Next to this prices were way too hight and the place itself was crowded with small tables. And what disturbed us most is that you cant keep or pet animals for too long only for 5minuted per animal. Altogether I would say it’s a very touristic, automat place.

A must for animals lovers, specially kids.

After buying from the menu, the zoo cafe staff rotate animals onto your table for you to handle and see. These animals included reptiles, Guinea pigs, rabbits, and tortoise!

Plenty of photo opportunities and amazing to see up close these animals, which seemed to be in good care.

I wish they had places like this everywhere you go! Such an amazing experience, prices are reasonable and the time you have in there is not enough, I could stay there forever!! I arrived at 10am and it was fully booked, to make sure you’re not turned away at the door email/call before your visit to make a reservation. Looking at the other reviews they rotate the animals so it’s not the same every time you visit. Service was great, everyone working was friendly and approachable. The last 10 minutes you can walk around and see the other animals in the enclosures. Highly recommend!!
