Stayed 4 nts here, lovely hotel.......would stay again if in budapest. Took over half an hour fast walking to river along very busy road, or as we did after a few days ....used the metro, red line!
Beautiful hotel dining room, lovely staff, nice food and great breakfast.we had room 609 which was good as it had a balcony, albeit overlooking very busy main road, but it was quiet when the doors and windows were firmly shut.
As it was a birthday celebration we were greeted with a bottle of sparkling wine in our room, ready chilled. There is also a fridge in the room, which was stocked but enough space to be able to cool left over wine!
Would recommend the hotel but be prepared to use taxis or metro to get to places.
All staff were exceptionally helpful apart from on our last day whilst waiting for a taxi we ordered a coffee and a tea from the bar.......the woman who served us was definitely not like any other staff there, a real misery doing us a favour serving us, but apart from her everyone was great.
Lovely jacuzzi in spa after a long day of sightseeing......budapest is a gem.More
