Very cozy and spacious room with a nice bed, very clean.
The staff is very welcoming and helpful.

Not that far from the city center, few good restaurants are nearby.

This was one of the hotels we stayed during our tour in Slovenia.
Location: It is 20-25 mins from the airport to the hotel. Located around Kino Šiška, one of the main cultural centers in Ljubljana, this hotel hosts plenty of tour groups. There are residential areas, shops, restaurants, Mercato and bus stop nearby.
Transportation : Ask the front office to assist getting city taxis for cheaper rates or book taxis using apps. You can also take the bus from the bus stop which is just 5-10 mins walk from the hotel. It is very convenient (to the old town or Lake Bled).
Hotel: Front office was helpful and friendly. Check in check out was seamless. Service staffs are also friendly and helpful.
Room: Bed was comfortable. Sleep quality was decent. Our room had balcony facing kino siska with trees and parking area. No coffee tea making facilities. Drink tap waters. Go to Level 4 if you want to iron your clothes or do laundry.
F&B : There is a restaurant at ground level. Food & spread/ choices were okay, plenty. Nearby there's a lot of option for Asian Hot Pot, Pizza, Slovenian Kitchen etc. There's also a pharmacy, supermarket and convenience stores.
All in all, it was a good stay & we enjoyed it. Hvala !
We are a group of 6 traveling by bicycle. Our reception on arrival was fine and we were shown to our bicycle parking spots, which were uncovered but in a gated area. The rooms were very small and hot. When asked about the AC, we were told that since it was fall, it had been turned off. It was 23 degrees outside! One member of our party had to change rooms as their room smelled so terribly.
The beds were comfortable but the bathroom was minimally supplied with two tiny bars of soap.
Breakfast was very ordinary. As we were there on a Sunday, all of the nearby restaurants were closed so we decided to eat dinner in the hotel restaurant. Big mistake! For about 30 minutes, we were the only people in the dining room. When asked how to use the water tap, I was informed that “water was just for breakfast “. What? Finally, the bartender grudgingly gave us a small glass of tap water letting us know that she wasn’t supposed to do that. The selection of food was okay but there was no bread available.
When we were nearly finished our meal, the bartender started putting bottles of water on some of the tables,as a tour bus was arriving! Bread also magically appeared. For E22, we felt like second class citizens.
I would not stay in this hotel again.

In hotel we use different 2 sistem for cooling and heating. Aircondition for COOLING and central heating system (radiators) for HEATING. Unfortunately both systems can not run simultaniusly due to technical reasons and also for ecological reasons. System is also fully automated so it adjust to outsite temperature.
Temperature during your visit was 8°C during night and due to this low temperatures we needed to heat the hotel during night, not cool it, otherwise guests would be really cold. Heating is manualy controled by the guest, so if they dont need it they dont use it.
All the rooms in hotel have big windows which can be fully opened, and guest can cool the room if they feel like it, which with the temperature outsite would be done instantly.
I am sorry about your experiance during dinner. We offer a vareity of different drinks from the bar, which are served by the waiters. The machine with self service juices you mention is used only for breakfast, which I am sure you notice next day at breakfast.

The a/c was turned off and the manager said it is based on outside temperature. When informed the room was like an oven and being an engineer I don't believe his explanation. His respo se " Believe what you want"....absolutely stunning response from someone in the hospitality industry. Never stay here.

A fairly average hotel based on the edge of the old town in a residential district which is a little forlorn. It aspires to be a boutique hotel, but falls down on the details. The breakfast is ok but will be cleared away quickly if you step away from the table. The coffee machine is not kept topped-up so you may miss your caffeine hit if you breakfast late.
