the hotel has a good location, but the rooms are small, there are "eco-friendly" signs everywhere on the walls, you almost don't use water at all! There is no place for smokers! Too many people in this small hotel! The half of personal doesn't speaking English!
The hotel offers ample, modern rooms (for European standards). Breakfast is decent, and location is appropriate. The ugly: the towels! pretty old, thin, and scratchy. I even had to ask to replace the one I found on the bed upon checking in because it had holes. Also, the pillow cover had to be changed because of stains.
Great location near the old town. Good breakfast. Big and quiet room with a fridge and good aircon. Very friendly team on reception and at restaurant, they provided me with a lot of information. I like to thank Mr. Tuna Han specifically, I am very grateful for your help and hospitality.
The hotel was in a good location not far from the main area of Ljubljana ,our room on the 9th floor was ok it was clean bathroom was fine , on our first night the fire alarm went off so we all made our way to the ground floor nobody there to tell us what was going we had to find a member of the staff to tell us what's going on, it turned out to be someone was smoking in their room ok it wasn't the staff fault but there should have been someone at the fire point to meet all the customers in the hotel. After that we found the hotel staff as being very helpful and friendly , the breakfast was what we expected rolls, cereals egg , ham and cheese but it was ok . For the price of the hotel it was fine and with its location that's a bonus.
The hotel is fantastic, everything is great, but we had a very off putting experience with a receptionist called Ivana (afternoon of 7/9/2024 and the morning of 8/9/2024).
She was talking with us customers in a manner like we are her misbehaving servants. She was bossy, rude, condescending and super arrogant. We felt like we are at a police station waiting for imprisonment.
Regarding her behavior and overall attitude it is questionable that she should work in hospitality or even with people.
I work in hospitality myself, I came here with my group as a tour leader. My driver and some of my guests also expressed similar experiences with her during our stay. We are not supposed to put up with hotel staff that talk to us the way she did.
We suggest her to work either with prisoners or animals, definitely not with people, her skills and attitude in this line of work is unacceptable.
