So apparently it’s a property with both capsules plus hotel together. I’ve booked their castle room (hotel side) which is their highest category, don’t think it’s worth the extra bucks but it gives a very decent room size. Amazing shower pressure (MUCH better than the InterCon Ljubljana where I’m staying now). Nice clean basic room with no frills. Hotel is centrally located you can get to the old town within 10 mins or the train station in 5. 2 supermarkets nearby for your groceries.
Staffs are young and energetic. They offer coffee for €1 each morning from 6-8, skip it you have much better ones in town.
You can do your laundry for €4, and €4 for drying

This was our first experience in and Ibis Styles, and it was definitely different than what we were used to. The room was small and didn't really have a desk area where we could sit and use the computer, but there was a large shared area with the Ibis hostel which we used for a few meals. We were only there for two days, so it suited our needs. The decor of the room was simple and functional. The reception area is on the 7th floor and in the middle between the hotel and hostel. The first night we had a lot of leftover food and they allowed us to store it in the common refrigerator overnight and reheat it in the hostel kitchen for breakfast. While we were clearly older than their median age, we were welcomed warmly by the youth staying there. It was interesting watching how they all interacted with each other, some sharing meals with new friends, etc. If we were that age we would have loved doing this! The staff was great, friendly and helpful.

The focus on "style" results in a completely impractical design. There are only two plug outlets at far corners of the room and there's no table or desk for writing or using a computer, so it is completely impractical for business travel. There's no place to store clothes you want to unpack other than a hanging rod. We had a "prestige" room which meant a lot of wasted space instead of an actual bathroom for the toilet and shower. Instead there are plexiglass boxes and if someone uses the toilet during the night and turns on the light, the entire room lights up. You wouldn't want to share this room with anyone you don't know very well and don't mind a lack of privacy. The air conditioner controls were impossible to figure out and the AC didn't work well. The room was only suitable for solo travelers who don't have anything to unpack. The location is fantastic, but otherwise, there's nothing to recommend about this hotel. It's an easy walk to the train/bus stations and to the triple bridge.
