Disappointed with Cleanliness, Maintenance, and Lack of Customer Support
I recently stayed at a Radisson Hotel, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Upon checking in, I found that the room was not clean, and to make matters worse, the toilet did not work. I reported both issues to the reception, expecting a prompt resolution, but nothing was fixed for the entire duration of my stay.
After leaving, I tried to contact the hotel via email to follow up on these problems, especially since they claim that “if you are not happy, you will get your money back.” Unfortunately, no one ever responded to my emails. It’s hard not to feel like that promise is just an empty slogan, as the lack of response makes it nearly impossible to address the matter or receive any compensation.
When staying at a hotel, basic cleanliness and functioning facilities are the bare minimum you expect. The lack of accountability and customer service from such a well-known brand is both frustrating and unacceptable.
I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. I expected far better from Radisson, and this experience has left me questioning their standards.
