Recommend you never to go somewhere where you don’t get the service for what you pay in a hotel of 5 star and also the bar employe they are arrogant and rude (been waiting for order 25min and I did get it because hi was about to close but 25 from 22:35 I was waiting to get a drink !! Shame of you
AC doesn’t work room temperature is 22 degrees or higher, first couple of days of my stay it did work however limited ( lowest was 20 degrees after setting the lowest possible of 19) recommended room temperature for a good sleep is 16-18 degrees, so at least the lowest possible setting should be 16 and it should cool the room, not just circulate air and heat up during the night to a “cozy “ 24-25 degrees in the early morning
Apparently the management decided to limit/switch off the cooling capability, or trying to save ?
I have stayed in 3 star hotels ( charging only have the room rate) that had beter climate control and this pretends to be a 5 star hotel….
Other services are maximum at a 4 star or lower level . ( room service, cleaning of the room and so on)
Stayed 2 nights. The guy at reception was excellent. Spoke perfect English and was so helpful with recommendations and had my car driven down to the garage parking for me. That's a first. We were upgraded to a corner room on the 15th floor. The restaurant recommendation we were given Julija was so good we went twice. Breakfast at the hotel was very good. Thank you for a great stay.
This hotel and its facilities are definitely 5 star. Unfortunately the service is only 4 star. The tables in the restaurant at breakfast are not cleared away promptly. The same in the bar. We had an issue with our room which was a two minute fix but took a reminder and 2 days. The room itself was very comfortable and definitely 5 star as were all the public spaces for fittings and cleanliness. It just needs a little bit of tighter management on the things that make 5 star service.
We had a lovely time at this hotel, the location and the easy access to both train and bus station was very easy and convenient. We stayed 3 nights (group of 4) at this hotel, staff were great; especially, Martina and Vuk at reception. Both were very friendly, pleasant and helpful, Booked the superior rooms, Vuk upgraded one the the rooms as it was a bit smaller than the other one. Breakfast was great with big selection of food.
