We spent 3 beautiful nights in this eclectic, clean and beautiful apartment. All amenities perfect, including unexpected items such as coffee, tea and such. Perfect location for somebody coming to Warszawa for a short visit, but still willing to see some of the most important attractions, such as The Royal Lazienki, Presidential Palace and Old Town. Very quiet and secluded with a place to park a car easily spotted. A number of nice restaurants around and small groceries to accommodate need for a quick shopping.
We loved this first-floor flat in a safe, gated complex next to the beautiful Lazienki parks. It was immaculately and stylishly renovated, with lots of helpful information for guests in the form of city maps and brochures. The owner was helpful and the tea and coffee provided upon arrival was much appreciated! The playground was a 5-minute walk and there were nearby shops and a bank. Just outside the flat was a bus stop with regular buses into the city centre, and to the royal summer palace at Wilanow in the other direction. We stayed for a week and would really recommend this!
We were a family of four (two adults and two small children) and booked this apartment for our four-night stay in Warsaw in April. It looked promising on trip advisor and exceeded our expectations. The location was brilliant - on a quiet street in the embassy district, just round the corner from the beautiful Lazienki Park. We could get a direct bus to the Old Town, practically from outside the apartment block and the small shop below proved very useful (selling all essentials and groceries). Absolutely everything was provided for, including useful guidebooks, and our boys loved the bunk beds in the second bedroom. We used the master bedroom. The sofas also pulled out into beds, but we had no need to use them. The park being so close by was a blessing for us as we could spill out into the playground in the park each morning with the boys - a lovely way to start the day. We would highly recommend this apartment and we are pleased we chose a location slightly out of the city centre.
The apartment is located at the edge of the center and 200 meters from the entrance to the Royal Park. It's very cozy, clean and amazingly equipped. The interior design is really funky and cheerful- you can see that Karolina put her heart and soul in the design! The kitchen literally has everything you need to cook: pots, pans, plates, silverware, microwave, baking oven, kettle, plus free tea and coffee. You have high-speed internet, large flat TV plus cable and enough of space for up to 8 people. We also enjoyed the small details: the 85 year old family wardrobe; the booklet with Karolina's practical recommendations from neighborhood restaurants to taxis to health and doctors; the books with pictures from Warsaw before the war; the set of games and creyons for kids. This place is more than a simple apartment rental, it's a bit like a second home!
Additionally if you're a runner the Royal Park is absolutely spectacular for morning or evening runs- I honestly think it's the most beautiful park in Europe.
Overall the place is highly recommended!
