Requested a low floor room, was shown into a lovely room on the reception level. Clean, fresh ,warm(radiator controlled) large with high ceiling and two big windows, comfortable beds, with duvets, wall mounted TV with news channels , tea/coffee making essentials , compact but beautifully maintained shower room, with plenty of hot water. All we needed for a 4 night stay. Breakfast was as much as you could eat, all the usual fruit, cereal, yogurts, meat, fish, cheeses, pastries, bread, rolls: hot breakfast cooked(to order) tea, coffee, juices and more , all fresh and with friendly helpful staff to help if needed. The reception staff were very helpful and answered questions and gave advice on where and when and how to travel around the city and to other places of interest. Booked our transfers to and from the airport with them and had a really good service. The hotel is situated between the Kazimierz (Jewish District) and the Old Town and main square about 10 minutes easy walking to both. The train station is situated in the Old Town and approximately 15 minutes walk from the hotel but is useful (instead of the tram) and has good access to the Salt Mines (a must see) ! Krakow is a lovely small city , lively, bustling, easy on the wallet , plenty of places to eat, lots of history and very friendly people. 4 days is not really enough time to spend here; so a return trip is on the cards ; and no better place to stay than at the Leone Aparthotel . Almost forgot , I asked to pay for the wine left in our room on arrival but was told that is was complimentary , so Thank you very much !!

Room Tip: low floor, if you have walking difficulties (no Lift)

Stayed for three nights in room on second floor. Room spotlessly clean and had everything you need. Wall mounted TV but channels nearly all in Polish.. Most places have mix nowadays. Room comfortable and warm even without heating on. Staff friendly and helpful when you needed them. Breakfast was okay, quite a bit of choice and they will cook omlettes etc. Provide packed lunches as well (25 pln) ordered at reception. The hotel is close to most things and in a quiet street. Definitely good value for money and would stay here again.

Leone Aparthotel is excellently located between the Jewish district - Kazimierz - and the Old Town and main market square so very convenient for all city attractions. All within reasonable walking distance. The hotel is clean, our room was very spacious and spotlessly clean, people were nice, helpful and friendly. And the cost per room per night was quite reasonable. We would definitely stay there again on any future visit.

Room Tip: We were on the street side but the street is quiet and away from the main road(s).

Booked this through easyjet holidays. Arrived at the hotel too early for our room so we left our luggage with the lovely reception staff and they gave us a map and highlighted all important places close by. So we went to the main square which was a 10 minute walk away from the hotel. After we went gallivanting for a couple of hours we went back to check in and go to our room, we was put on the 3rd floor in a extremely clean modern room with a minibar and specious bathroom. We were very happy with our room and the beds really comfy too. WiFi strength was brilliant and could use all devices at the same time with no buffering etc.

We asked the hotel if they provided packed lunches as we had a trip booked for early the next day and they efficiently sorted it out for us and we collected our packed lunch the next morning as arranged. It had a sandwich, yogurt, chocolate bar, fruit, croissant & a bottle of water.

We only had breakfast once and it was fantastic, ranges of cereal, meats, cheese etc also omelettes to order - couldn’t have been any nicer!

The one and only negative I have for the hotel was the fact there was no lift (not to our knowledge anyway) after quite a few drinks the 3 flights of stairs proved difficult! But other than that fantastic hotel, pleasant staff, lovely food and cannot fault the location!

Overall I’m made up with the value for money and couldn’t have chosen a nicer hotel!

Great, clean friendly hotel close to the centre of Krakow. Everything virtually is within walking distance, except for Austwich and the Sanctuary of the Devine Mercy. The trams run right past the end of the road. Quiet location, comfortable beds, great breakfasts.
