Hotel is in a great location, really near everything (Uber only cost £7-10 from the airport and hotel is in walking distance of Krakow main square, Warwel Castle, the Jewish Quarter etc). The room was clean and spacious with new towels every day. Breakfast was also nice - had cereal and bread etc but also lots of interesting things you wouldn't usually have. The only problem was the noise outside as our room was at the front - we only slept an hour the first night due to loud trams, traffic, people in the street etc but they moved us right away to a lovely quiet room at the back which was great (definitely request a room at the back even if you sleep deeply - the room literally vibrated from the trams passing every few minutes). We would return here again as overall was a good hotel for a decent price.

Hotel staff are friendly and the room and bathroom were really nice, the bed was comfy. The breakfast was good. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the old town, literally 5 min walk. The only downside was the tram line right outside which sometimes shook the room! But we over came this in the 1st few of hours, if this would bother you, then a city break probably isn't for you. There is also a lovely walk right outside the hotel that surrounds the Old Town which you can walk all way around.

This hotel is in a great location
Very clean
Reception staff very helpful
We didn’t eat breakfast on all days of our stay as it’s a very limited choice and a very small breakfast room so can be quite cramped if you go at peak breakfast time
Our only complaint is the breakfast staff were a little rude

What a lovely place to stay!
Check in was quick and easy. The young ladies that were on reception were always helpful and cheerful. You couldn't fault them.

Breakfast had plenty to offer; meats, cereal, toast, fruits, even Nutella which kept the fussy teenager happy.

The room was spot on. We stayed on the top floor facing the park. The road can be quite noisy with the window open as the street below is bustling right into the evening. However, this didn't both us as we were out most evenings. The beds were clean and comfortable, and we slept really well.
After washing my hair one evening that the hairdryer in the bathroom wasn't working which was a pain. My husband went to reception and they provided us with a replacement, which was no problem.
There weren't many English speaking channels to choose from on the t.v. but we never really had chance to sit and watch anyway.
The fridge in the room is really handy for when you first arrive and it's priced quite reasonably too.

The cleaning staff are very friendly and always said 'hi' when passing. They did a great job as the hotel always smelt and looked clean.

If you are staying in the warmer months and you are in the top floor rooms you will need to sort the air con out. The temperature in the room was ok through the week but on the last night we found it really hot. But in the middle of the night we didn't want to go down to reception so we just opened the window wide.

We would definitely recommend staying here. The location is quite close to the market square but get your walking boots on if you visit, there's so much to see and do. We've fallen in love with Poland.
