This is a really lovely restaurant with a wonderful ambiance, attentive service and outstanding food. We had the potato and spinach tikki appetizer which was packed with flavor and set the stage for everything else to come. We followed with a Lamb Seekh kabab, Egg curry and a Lamb Biryani and finished with a tea-flavored kulfi. Everything was brilliantly prepared but the standouts, for me, were the egg curry and the lamb biryani. The egg curry had a subtle peanut base that added a smoky depth to the complex flavors and the lamb biryani rode high on its authentic flavor, texture of the basmati rice and the melt-in-your-mouth cuts of lamb, free of the usual fat and ligaments found in lesser offerings. Spectacular!
Archit, our server was terrific and contributed in no small measure to our enjoyment of the evening.
It is a restaurant worthy of a city as lovely as Prague - I wish we had a restaurant in our town that was half as good!
