Stayed here for a long weekend 21 - 24 January to celebrate my wife's birthday... arrived early and our room was ready which was great... room very well equipped, clean and good condition and free wifi which had a strong signal in our room... bathroom looked as if recently renovated and very nice... Hotel in great location for everything worth seeing in Prague... some good bars 2 mins from hotel too... I thought breakfast was pretty good for what we paid... selection of cereals, fresh fruit, pastries and cakes, etc... hot selection not great but more than enough for a decent breakfast. Only downside I would say is that on arrival I left a small amount of English coins on my bedside table... all other valuables were in the safe.... the coins were there the first couple of days however on the Saturday morning while we were out for breakfast our room was cleaned and when we came back 3 pound coins had disappeared... not the end of the world I know but it is the principle... overall a good hotel, but as mentioned, make sure your valuables are secured... we were in room 407. Would have been 4 stars but for the missing cash.....

We stayed here for a long weekend in January, and we were not disappointed. We arrived at the hotel quite early due to our flight time, and we were checked in and given our room 2 hours early. The hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Free wifi is fast and reliable, and the location is great with only a short walk to Wenceslas square. There are several nearby bars and restaurants, and all of Pragues attractions are within walking distance. It was my wife birthday when we were there, and we received a free bottle of wine, which was a nice surprise. Breakfast buffet is included, and there is a great selection of hot and cold food.

Currently staying at the majestic plaza. Great location with only a 10 mins walk to wenceslas square. Rooms clean and cleaned everyday by the maids who change your towels and restock the mini fridge. Breakfast is not that good. Runny scrambled eggs. Sausages that are mini hot dogs and streaky fatty bacon. I ended up having jam on toast. It was odd that there is no mini UHT milk with the tea and coffee facilities in our room. We had to go to the shop and buy it. They do have satellite channels but only 2 of those are English. One is the news and the other is the God channel so we ended up watching films on our mobiles when in the room. Didn't really speak to staff other than to check in and out but they seemed friendly enough. If I was in prague again, would I stay in this hotel ? Yes I would .

Dear Guest,

Thank you very much for providing us with honest and constructive feedback regarding your recent stay. We truly appreciate the comments. We do appreciate the good ratings for room cleanliness and our location. I was sorry to read that you didn´t like our breakfast. I must say that we have a variety of food that our guest can choose from. Unfortunately we can not satisfied everybody because every guest has a different taste. There is always a restaurant manager or his assistant during the breakfast so the guest can speak with them directly and ask for same special meal or fresh eggs etc. Regarding your comment about the mini milk in the room. In each room is the coffee set which is free of charge and there is a creamer instead of the mini milk. If some guest prefer to have a milk there is no problem to get it. Any special requests can be met. Our highest goal is to satisfy everybody and we try to do our best every day.
I am happy that despite some trifles you like to return to our hotel and we can welcome you again.

Sincerely yours,

We stayed in room 219 facing toward inner space, the room was very clean, very spacious and well maintained
Breakfast rich and varied (still missing a bit of cheese in my opinion)
Excellent location just minutes walk from all the main sites, hardly used the public transportation, yet it is just minutes walk from the light rail and subway.

Room Tip: .Room 219 far from elevator, very quiet

Our room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a large bathroom equipped with a deep bath and shower facility. The staff at reception welcomed us warmly and were very helpful throughout our stay with booking restaurants/taxis etc. Room service was consistent throughout. We had breakfast on one occasion but it wasn't to our taste however it was very clean and organised and relaxed in the dining area. The only comment I have is that the room was quite cold in the evening and there was no way to change the thermostat. This has been on several reviews so I made sure I had warm pyjamas! The walls are paper thin, but as we were here during a quiet season, it did not affect us as much. Excellent location to all points of interest in Prague. We loved our stay here and would come back again on our next visit without hesitation!!
