This a nice hotel in a great location, it’s clean and tidy and the rooms are comfortable. The staff are all happy and helpful and seam happy you are staying. There is plenty of bars and shops nearby and the main tourist areas are within 5 - 10 minutes walk. The only downside is there is no air conditioning and the rooms got very hot, although there are fans available and the windows in the room are large and open fully. Overall a great base for a weekend in Prague

The staff here were wonderful and friendly. My room on the third floor had beautiful beams and a very modern clean bathroom. The breakfast had a wide range of options, and fantastic thin egg pancakes. The location is very convenient, close to the Charles Bridge and core of Prague, yet a bit away from the party crowds.

We only called in for an evening meal. I ordered a Spaghetti Carbonara. What arrived was disgusting. I don’t know what the pasta was but it certainly wasn’t spaghetti - it was thick, and stodgy. The carbonara was dry, and congealed with bits of fatty meat thrown in. The whole lot could be lifted out of the dish on my fork in one go. To add insult to injury, it was also cold. Ok, they specialise in Czech food, but if you can’t cook pasta, don’t put it on the menu.

Friendly and helpful staff. Generous, satisfying, and delicious breakfast. Fabulous location with access to everything. Not so clean room. Not so comfortable bed. Not so great bathroom. Cheap and rough toilet paper. A little bit expensive for a less-than-top-notch 3-star hotel. I would return because of the staff, the breakfast, and the location.

I checked into the hotel and was greeted with an ice cold beer made on the premises. The hotel location is very central and just a few minutes walk to the Charles bridge and boat tours. Staying at a place built in the 15th century was awesome!

Room Tip: 1st or 2nd floor rooms away from the street side are quieter, although noise level street side is not bad.
