I was very sadden to read your review on our poor management of making you feel special, while we had groups in the hotel.
Since our company took over the hotel just year ago, and started to build almost totally new team here, we have been working hard on the service and we are spending significant time with our team on how to deliver great service, however it is a process that takes time. We are also continuously investing/improving the hotel from free stronger WiFi installation, new Elevator, 24 new Executive rooms, and currently we have embarked on renovation of public areas; adding also new breakfast restaurant.
I am greatly saddened that you would not wish to return to the hotel and I really would hate for this to prevent you from returning to us in the future. If you are visiting the area again we would love the opportunity to welcome you back through our doors and provide you with a more positive, comfortable stay of the usual standard.
