This loft is on the top floor of a building that has commercial businesses on the ground floor. It's an interesting mix of residential and commercial. The location is prime! It's just a block off of the main street connecting the train station and the center of activity. You can walk everywhere from here and yet when you're in the loft, it feels separated from the bustle that is Prague. The design and furnishings are contemporary industrial with a lot of glass and metal accented by distressed wood. The loft is one long room that is open except for one end that includes the bath and bedroom with a comfortable king bed. There are two small rooftop terraces that extend off of the long room - one is accessed from the bedroom and one from the living area. There really isn't much view and the terraces are overlooked by many other apartments. The kitchen is well-equipped and the bathroom has a bath/shower combination. The whole loft is tastefully done with wood floors, stainless-steel appliances and marble in the bath. There is a washer/dryer combination but I never got the dryer part to work. The whole loft needs a little freshening up but the overall feel is good. There is always a security guard downstairs by the elevator and the check-in process was smooth and professional. I would rent this place again.

This being my first trip to Prague and needing a locale close to events of Nov. 17 (Velvet Revolution anniversary), the Glass Penthouse was the best choice. Elevator in building, doorman, secure and within walking distance of everything. And very important, WARM! November in Prague is no joke, its cold!
Service from the company was top-notch and friendly. Everything was easy getting there and to my next destination.
