Pillows & bed r the worst ever we paid a package tht included breakfast thr was no offered & mine plus another guest wallet was stolen from room by cleaning staff & management were not helpful with the theft at there establishment (over all experience I would have been safer at home)

Please be assured that we take matters like this very seriously, and I sincerely regret that you felt the management did not handle the situation appropriately. However, I am happy to inform you that, since receiving your feedback, Police Scotland has advised me that this was not the case.
Regarding the pillows and bed, I understand that comfort is a key aspect of your stay, and I regret that they did not meet your expectations. I will pass your feedback on to our housekeeping team to help improve the quality of our furnishings.

My husband and I had our wedding at the stunning Boclair on the 20th October. It really was the best day of our lives!!
From the minute we first enquired about having our wedding at Boclair to the minute we checked out after everything and everyone was perfect! Every single member of staff that we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and kind. The day itself run beyond smoothly, it flies past!! All of our guests have commented on how it was the best wedding/function food they have tasted, how beautiful the grounds/venue and bedrooms are and how helpful and professional the staff were.
I cant recommend Boclair enough!!!

Stayed here for my sons wedding on Sunday the 20th October 2024, from start to finish it was a fantastic experience, Everything was done with Expertise. The staff were Excellent, The venue was outstanding and i would certainly Recommend the Boclair House Hotel as a top rated wedding venue.

We attended on Thursday 3rd of October for my daughters wedding. From the minute we arrived, the staff were so helpful and friendly, smartly turned out, and made us feel so at ease. The venue is stunning, spotlessly clean. The rooms are all individually styled, warm, comfortable with all mod cons. As for the wedding itself, the staff managed all aspects, and they done it so professionally, with kind words and a friendly smile. As a wedding venue, Boclair House is perfect.
Food was beautiful, service at both bars flawless, breakfast next morning was one of the best I've had.
Perfect venue, perfect staff (who ALL added to the experience), perfect day!!

Resident DJ Craig Kelman was an absolute star. From the start of the night to the end he had the dancefloor bouncing and knew exactly what music to play for all our guests tastes. Great guy and brilliant DJ thank you Craig.
Our wedding breakfast was absolutely delicious and plenty of choices for dietary requirements.
We want to do it all over again!
